7 ways to boost your man's health and wellbeing

June sees Men’s Health Awareness Month- an important reminder that our partners, dads, and brothers need to look after themselves. It’s also a time to promote awareness for our men in providing healthy role models for our younger generation of upcoming men in the importance of self-care- in both physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

People, and men particularly, often think of chiropractic care only when they need pain relief. Lucky for those that know, there is much much more to chiropractic care! Here are 7 fabulous ways to promote a healthier you, and a healthier upcoming generation!

#1. Stress Management - Healthy body, healthy mind. Chiropractic care addresses the relationship between structure and function. Improving function of your brain and body reduces physiological stress, and may help you to manage other stresses better. We also notice changes in Heart Rate Variability (a global indicator of how much physiological stress your body is under- used by a lot of professional sports people), particularly in the calming parasympathetic nervous system indicators.
